What should I do if my Vässla needs to get repaired?

You should email us at hi@vassla.com describe the issue and then we will send you an email to book a date and time for the repair.

Can I use any lock to lock my Vässla?

Yes you can, but we recommend you to use the lock provided by us if you are a Club-member, since it is the most secure one. You can always use more than one lock.

How can I prevent my Vässla getting stolen?

You can prevent your Vässla from being stolen by locking it with the lock provide by us if you are a Club member, not leaving the battery inside and parking it at a safe spot.

Payment & Cancellation

When is the deposit charged? - Vässla Club

The deposit is charged at the beginning of your subscription period and you can find the current deposit fees on our website. We reserve the right to deduct any occurring fines or fees such as maintenance fees for damages beyond normal wear and tear, theft or no-show fees from the deposit. If no such fees have occurred during your subscription period we will refund your deposit after the subscription has been terminated and your vehicle has been returned. If you have a Flex subscription, the set up fee will be deducted from the deposit during the sign-up.

When can I cancel my subscription? - Vässla Club

You can cancel your subscription one month before the end of your subscription period is over. If you're an Urban Flex member you can cancel 2 weeks before the end of your subscription.

You will get charged on a monthly basis, on the same date you signed-up with us.

If I choose a Flex plan, pay the starting fee and cancel , do I need to pay the start fee again if I come back at some point? - Vässla Club

Yes, start up fee is to cover the delivery and preparation of your product for the current usage time.

Do I pay a fee whenever I cancel my subscription? - Vässla Club

You do not pay a fee if you cancelled according to the cancellation conditions for your plan here you can find more (link to cancellation policy).

What is Vässla Club?

Vässla Club is our club, including all members that subscribe to Vässla today.

What membership can I choose from?

You can choose between 3 different memberships: Urban Flex (1 month commitment period), Urban Pro (6 months commitment period) or Urban Pro 12 (12 month commitment period). Your membership will be renewed automatically unless you cancel, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

What's included in my membership?

Everything you need! Your own Vässla vehicle, helmet, lock, insurance, maintenance and service at no extra cost.

Is there an age limit for subscribing to Vässla Club?

Yes, you need to be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Vässla. Please be prepared to show your ID at delivery, and if you're under 18 you will be charged with a fine equal to the amount of the first payment of your subscription.

Can I test ride before subscribing?

Yes you can test ride you Vässla before subscribing. Check the test ride page for locations.

What is a difference between the subscription plans, Flex, Pro 6 and Pro 12?

Flex gives you the flexibility to cancel whenever you want, you just need to inform our customer service 14 days prior to the end of your subscription month. With Pro 6 and Pro 12 you agree to be with us for 6 or 12 months. For Pro 6 you need to cancel your subscription at the latest 30 days prior to the end of your subscription and 14 days prior to the end of your subscription for Pro12 if you do not want your subscription to be renewed automatically.

For how long can I subscribe to Vässla?

You can continue your subscription with us for as long as you want.

After my subscription runs out (Pro 6 or Pro 12), can I change vehicles?

Of course we will be happy to provide you with a new vehicle.

If my subscription is Pro 6, can I change it to Pro 12 and vice-versa?

You can always change from Pro 6 to Pro12 by contacting our customer service but change from PRO12 to PRO6 is not possible.

What happens if I get fined?

The customer is responsible for the fines and must cover the cost of these fines.

What if I decide that the vehicle does not suit me?

Good news! You have 14 days to try the vehicle and decide if that suits you. If the vehicle does not fit you, you can contact us on hi@vassla.com within 14 days and return the product. we will only charge you the set up fee and for days you use the vehicle.
